Video Help & Info:

Our videos are offered in four basic formats and in several resolutions, so no matter how old you computer, you will always be able to run one or more of the video formats.

1. WMV - (Windows Media) works on all PCs. Sony has announced that their PS3 game console will also be able to run WMV files.

2. MOV - (QuickTime H.264 / BlueRay) will run on you PC if you play them in QuickTime (which comes with iTunes). Without a doubt the quality is better, and these will play on a BlueRay player as well.

3. iPod & iPhone - (described in more detail below) If you have a MAC you can click on the IPod/iPhone link and they will play in QuickTime Player.

4. FLASH - We have recently added FLASH videos for a fast and quick low-res video that can be viewed online - or also if you simply want to preview the videos before taking the time to download the high-res versions.

Size and Resolutions for both WMV and MOV files are:

Streaming 700X406 4,800kbs peak rate

1280X720p HD 4,800kbs peak rate

1920X1080p FULL HD 8,400kbps peak rate

The speed at which video will play smoothly on your computer is dependent on the speed of your processor. The amount of RAM memory that you have in your computer does not effect how well a video will play. Unless you have a new dual processor PC or MAC, you will probably have stop and start problems with THE FULL HD 1920X1080p video. We recommend that you try the smaller size resolutions until you find out what works best for you computer. Also, the larger the resolution, the bigger the corresponding file size, and the longer it will take to download.

iPhone Help & Info:

We provide iPhone format videos in four different resolutions. The highest resolution videos are always the downloadable ones.

1. Downloadable Versions - Right click to download and save to your hard disk. Then drag them into iTunes and synch them with your iPod or iPhone.

The streaming videos have a built-in bandwidth speed sensor, so the resolution you receive will depend on the speed of your internet connection.

2. Streaming over EDGE - (the slowest bandwidth connection) will deliver a low-res version.

3. Streaming over Wi-Fi - will deliver a higher resolution video that will properly stream on Wi-Fi.

4. Streaming over 3G - will deliver a still higher resolution video that will properly stream on the 3G network.

Note: If you are on a MAC, iPhone videos will open in your Safari browser and play at the highest available resolution.

Automated Downloader Programs:

There are numerous software programs available these days that are designed to automatically download web pages and content from a web site. We can understand where such programs may be of great convenience to people with slower internet connections.

We do not expressly forbid or block the use of these programs, but in fairness to all our members, we must prevent them from making "unlimited" connections to our server. The server will respond automatically to any program attempting to make an unlimited number of connections by disabling the user's account temporarily.

If you want to use one of these programs to access our web site, you will need to adjust the settings in your program to make no more than 5 (five) simultaneous connections to our server. Please consult the instructions that came with your program or your software vendor's technical support. We cannot assist you with questions about these programs.

Password Problems:

If you are having trouble with your password or access to the site, please contact the credit card processor that you used to sign up. This is the fastest way to resolve these problems since we do not have access to your credit card number.

If you cannot obtain a solution there, then please email us. Make sure that you include the name of the site that you signed up for, along with the name of the credit card processor, your membership number, and/or your user/pass. Without this information, it is very difficult to locate your account and help you. For your own protection, NEVER send your Credit Card information in your email.

Cancelling Your Membership:

Please do not email us to cancel your membership for you. The links to each of our processors below are the only way to cancel.

If you are thinking about signing up to this site and then charging it back because "it wasn't what you expected".... THINK AGAIN. We tell you what you get BEFORE you signup. We don't have any false advertising. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. A "chargeback" occurs when you pay for something with your credit card (for example, signing up for this web site) and then later dispute the charge with your credit card company and refuse to pay for it. If we receive a chargeback from your account, CCBill will BLOCK your credit card and include you in their database of NEGATIVE cardholders, thus PREVENTING YOU FROM SIGNING UP TO ANY OTHER WEB SITE processed by CCBill. Other internet credit card processors handle chargebacks the same way. This measure is taken to protect both you and online merchants from fraudulent credit card purchases.
